Brian and Joanne currently serve at Covenant Hope Church. Brian serves as the Senior Pastor. Brian was the keynote speaker at First Evan's Global Missions Conference in 2016.

They left Memphis in 1983 to pursue ministry. Brian attended Asbury Theological Seminary and has 30+ years of student ministry including Bible study leadership, evangelism, and discipleship

He began his formal student ministry career at First Alliance CMA Lexington, KY and spent 12 years serving, and then he went overseas to United Christian Church in the Middle East and served there for 15 years in student ministry.
