David and Vicki Frazier

David and Vicki work with churches and individuals to mobilize and equip healthy cross-cultural missionaries who can thrive and achieve long-term effective service overseas. They mentor, coach, and counsel people regarding vocational development, cross-cultural ministry skills, and marriage, and are involved in relational member care with overseas missionaries and nationals. David also works in an advisory role for the Connect Language Center. Vicki uses her skills as a Trauma Healing Institute trainer to help workers on and returning from the field. David and Vicki have two adult daughters, Lizi, and Emily.
