Jacob grew up at First Evan. He was a short-term worker with OM from 2012-2015, spending a year England and two years in Israel, where he met Stephanie. He and Stephanie were approved as missionaries in November 2019.

Jacob and Stephanie moved to the Middle East in May 2021 to be on the People Care team. They care for the emotional and spiritual needs of OM workers, act as intercessors for them, and provide mediation if necessary.
