Dan, together with his wife Sue, have been serving in global missions since 1984. Dan served as a church planter and Adjunct Professor in the Mexico City area before serving as President of CAM International/Camino Global for 11 years. Dan and Sue returned to the missions field by serving in Spain were they founded Philemon House in the Madrid area. Camino Global merged with Avant Ministries in 2019. For four years Dan directed a media ministry in Malaga, Spain. Since 2021, they are residing in the Memphis area. Dan is working as a Missional Leadership Coach and exploring the needs within the Spanish-speaking communities of Shelby County.

Dan has studied at Moody Bible Institute, Columbia International University, and holds a Doctor of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Dan and Sue have an adult son, Peter.
