Hot Springs, Arkansas’ name comes from the world-famous thermal waters that flow into the historic downtown district of the city. Our Women’s Retreat will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Spa, just blocks from the historic district and two miles from the Hot Springs National Park.

Every room at the Embassy is a two-room suite with a bedroom and living area. Attendees can choose between a King bedroom or a Double-Double bedroom that will sleep between 2-4 people.

Meeting Rooms are on-site in the Lobby of the Embassy hotel and easily accessible for everyone.

Costs are determined by the number of people staying in each suite. One-person rooms will be a King bed. Two-or-more people in a room will include two double beds. All suites include a sofa bed in the living room.

Cost includes all Saturday meals, Sunday breakfast, and snacks in the hospitality suite.

  • One: $489

  • Two: $310

  • Three: $245

  • Four: $215

$100 non-refundable deposit due at registration.

10:00 am: Concert of Prayer and Communion

12:00 pm: Depart for Memphis

Free Time can be spent at the pool, napping, shopping, hiking, or scheduling a spa treatment at the Embassy Spa Botanica or at any of the bathhouses along historic Main Street.

Our goal for the 2024 retreat is to create an intimate, family environment for First Evaners, friends and family. We’ll have opportunity to hear from Jane Raspberry, Jenn McKee, Debbie Park, Christy Bicknell, and others.
