FEC KIDS
Emphasizing Biblical Literacy and Discipleship
Our 2023–24 ministry goals for the year are to teach and encourage Biblical literacy and family discipleship. With these goals in mind, we have restructured Sunday mornings to better fulfill our role of walking alongside parents as they disciple their children.
Nursery (birth–2 years old)

PreK (2–5 years old):
Check in on the 1st floor of the C Building
Elementary (K–5th grade)
Check in on the 1st floor of the C Building; Classrooms on 2nd floor.
Learn. Love. Live. Give.
We use a three-year cycle of chronological Bible teaching using the Gospel Project for Kids curriculum. Our goal for FEC Kids is to present the gospel to kids throughout the week through a Christ-centered, comprehensive discipleship program that builds on our Sunday morning lessons. We want kids to:
LEARN who God is.
LOVE Him because of who He is and what He has done.
LIVE for God, showing their love for Him with their whole lives.
GIVE the Word.”
We believe that through these four components we will strive to accomplish our mission; "to shine the light of Jesus Christ and share His gospel with kids and families until He comes."
Children’s Church
***Reminder: Children’s Church (10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m./ PreK only)***
In effort to further encourage family discipleship, starting on Promotion Sunday, elementary-aged children (K-5th) will attend the worship service with their families. The Chapel will be available for children at any time. Children’s sermon notes will include two new questions each week to discuss over lunch or on your way home from church on Sunday morning. We are also re-stocking the resource shelves at each entrance to the Sanctuary.
Children’s Church will be available for preschool-aged children. Preschoolers will stay in their Sunday School classes and their teachers will walk them to our new Children’s Church room downstairs in the C Building.
