Encouragement:
“When you remember what it is like to be a child, you are more equipped to proclaim the gospel to you kids. You won’t be inclined to simplify the Gospel to the point that it’s so sanitized it’s powerless to incite wonder and captivate their mind and heart. But you will be free to teach all the Bible to children— to contextualize it for them, rather than sanitize it. You are able to give them a faith to grow into rather than a faith to grow out of.”
from Forming Faith by Matt Markins, Mike Handler & Sam Luce
