Taylor came to First Evan in 1991 as Youth Pastor. Since then, he has served as Family Ministry Pastor, Young Adult Pastor, Church Planter, Counseling Pastor, and Executive Pastor. He is a graduate of Southeastern Bible College where he met his wife Debbie, who is the church receptionist. They served ministries in Chicago, IL and Birmingham, AL prior to coming to First Evan. Taylor and Debbie have six children, three of whom are married, and six grandchildren. In his free time Taylor enjoys wood turning and cooking for groups.
